The Village Garden Cafe - Designed in 1933 by Aubrey Chesterman, The Village Garden Caf'e was originally built to be a tobacco office and warehouse in what locals call "The Village" in the courthouse area of Powhatan, Virginia. Over the years the building has served as an attorney's office, a Ford tractor dealership, a vending company and other places of business until 2003, when renovations were done to the building and The Village Garden Caf'e was born.
